Introduction from the HR Manager

I joined OmniPay in 2003. Since then, we have seen the workforce grow from 50 to 170, which is a substantial achievement. Together with the HR & Training team, I have been busy working with my management colleagues to find the most suitable people to join OmniPay and ensure that we have an energetic, innovative and ambitious team.

At OmniPay we recognise that it is our people that make us stand out from the competition and that will ensure that OmniPay remains at the forefront of the global payments industry. Our aim is to enable our customers to take advantage of the technological advances we have made but we are also aware that we need to continually invest in our people to ensure that this progress continues.

Our core values of honesty, integrity and employee welfare are at the forefront of everything we do and we have invested heavily in promoting these ideals. I have no doubt that as the global economy faces tough challenges, these core values will help us ensure that we continue to grow our business internationally.
