At OmniPay we provide training and development at three distinct levels: Company wide, department specific and individual.
With the guidance of our Training Manager, we have developed a comprehensive internal training program as we believe that on-going development broadens employees skills and knowledge and as a result equips an employee to perform in their role more effectively.
We recognise the importance of continuous learning. We encourage our people to seek self-development opportunities through the acquisition of professional qualifications, mentoring, formal training and active on the job coaching.
OmniPay also supports study for approved professional qualifications and provide financial assistance and study leave where applicable.
Each year our employees are involved in setting personal objectives assisted by their manager which helps draw up a personal development plan. This outlines development goals and the time frame and resources needed to meet these goals.

We invest in training and development for all employees to ensure they have the skills necessary to excel in their roles.
New opportunities are advertised internally via e-mail and our bi-monthly newsletter, inviting internal applications. We aim to fill vacancies through the development of existing employees. Employee careers are developed through transfers and/or promotions when the time is right for the organisation. Career progression options exist within departments and also across other areas of the business.
